Did you ever read that article a couple of years ago about this toy manufacturing company in Japan that actually made a gun that fires miniature teddy bears that float down?

Japanese innovation has never let the world down, forget about the latest computer games and cars, weddings are no longer going to be filled with confetti and things that get stuck in your perfectly coiffed hair. The advent of the teddy bear gun has given wedding showers a whole new meaning.

This therefore, is the official ‘war on confetti.’ If there isn’t enough trouble with a heavy breeze blowing to leave you looking like the Guns ‘n Roses guitarist Slash on a good day, keeping confetti from getting stuck in your hair is traumatic enough to make you get back to the last row away from all the confetti and thereby miss out on all the fun. Move over confetti, here comes the teddy bear gun. These cuddly little teddy bears float out of the gun and land back on earth in miniature parachutes (so stop thinking about trying to shoot your friends in the back with a hard-hitting teddy bear that actually hurts!).

My best friend’s wedding is coming up in a couple of months and I think this is the perfect accessory to make that special day more memorable. Have you got your teddy bear gun yet?
